We corresponded with Expedia and through them were advised that we would not be refunded. As we did not stay at the hotel we can’t really review. But we were disappointed that they did not even offer a partial refund - given the circumstances "

"Great place to stay when in transit. Kudos to Daria the receptionist. She’s so warm and helpful. All other staff were friendly too "

"Very pleasant stay and friendly staff. Communication was excellent and the airport pickup was quick. The staff are helpful, the food is great, the area is nice. I would stay here again. Next visit i will ask for instructions for the towel warmer."
