I’m a lifetime Titanium Marriott Rewards customer. I choose Marriott for consistency and standardization of quality. Experiences slow check in, poor mattress quality - never like this at other global Marriott, other guests entering our room at 6:00 AM having been mistakenly been assigned to our room. I was also double charged for the room having already paid via Expedia. Fortunately my credit card company caught this and rectified the matter.

Elizabeth was lovely and made the check process really easy for us. Great hotel to stay before a flight very clean, quiet and comfy beds. Will definitely stay here again!

This property was a 10 minute walk from the South Terminal which was super convenient. It had all the amenities you would expect in a hotel. We arrived at 9 pm at night and the restaurant had closed at 8 pm, which seemed early. Our eating choices were take-out fast food which isn't ideal.

We only stayed at this hotel because of the close proximity to Gatwick south terminal. We normally stay in a Premier Inn. The quality was no better than a Premier Inn. We ended up going to the local KFC for food because the choice of food in the restaurant was limited and over priced. Breakfast was good but no better than the Premier inn breakfast but cost more. I know where I will be staying next time.

Location of hotel was excellent in relation to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar/restaurant staff were also very efficient and provided excellent service. Overall property is showing so e wear and tear and requires attention.

We had a great stay at this property! The staff was great and we were able to check-in early easily. It’s an easy short walk from the airport and the train station. There’s a few fast food places also within walking distance.
