"The front desk and lobby staff were welcoming and pleasant from check-in to check-out. The hotel is clean, stylish without being stuffy, and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed a great dinner and excellent service at The Terrace restaurant on the rooftop. The only downsides were that because the rooftop turns into a nightclub at 10pm on weekend, the music was slightly audible even from our 9th-floor room (though earplugs were provided)—and housekeeping not servicing our room by 4pm despite us being out most of the day."

"Had a wonderful time here! Great location near Universal Studios (10 min away). Clean room. Convenient with restaurant and bar. We were able to extend our checkout and store our luggage after checkout for our late flight. Note: they had pool party/private events in the afternoon/evening. Plan your pool time before the afternoon. Non-hotel guests (21+) come and it’s more crowded "
