I want to thank the staff member who arranged a private car for us so we could get to the Burbank Airport when Uber wasn’t running in our area. "The room was shabby, broken furniture, rickety tiles, choppy internet, grouchy workers. With that, the room seemed clean, the bedding was clean and so were the towels. Everything else was really banged up. The pool was not useable, dirty and really, really small. "
