"Great! The beds were comfy, the jacuzzi was awesome, everything was nice and clean. The front desk guy was really nice and accommodating. "

"Room was clean and close to the Thai district and subway station. However the process of checking in more difficult than it needed to be. Beforehand I called if I could leave my luggage at the hotel as I arrived in LA early, upon arrival I was told they will not hold my luggage. The over all attitude of the staff member with his child running around was was not good either. I came back and upon check in by the same person I was told they will not accept the card I made the booking with because...
