"A very nice & convenient hotel for a weekend soaking up the atmosphere in Hay on Wye and browsing through the book shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were in Room 1 which is above the kitchen so noisy first thing in the morning. The signal for the TV was not reliable. However, these did not detract from our wonderful stay. "
