What a good job that this was one of the best rooms we have stayed in, half the price of London rooms for double the size. "We really enjoyed our stay so it's hard to say be the streets around the hotel were filthy especially the two side streets by I guess it must be a reflection of Liverpool inhabitants. The service at the desk and bar was excellent for the first two days/evenings. The staff were really friendly and helpful on Monday and Tuesday 11/12 November 2024, we were welcomed and really impressed.
