"Love the staff. Everyone is so helpful. The maid service wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. One chamber maid, Meena helped me get a different comforter and pillows. Service was quick and friendly. We always stay here. Great value for NYC"

"I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. The sound-proofing of the rooms was excellent - which was extremely necessary. I found the decor comfortable and modern. The room is well-appointed, I slept extremely well. They have a very convenient convenience store by the lobby, and an equally convenient drugstore occupying the corner of the building.
