"I really enjoyed my stay here even though it was one night. The hotel employees were very sweet and helpful. The room was very clean and the location is nice as well. The tub is deep and I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath the morning I left. I made sure to write a thank you note and left it in my room when I left. Would stay here again! 😁"

"I have stayed in APA hotel for many years whenever I am in Narita. Their cleanliness is impeccable. The Onsen is a bonus as not many have one in the area. The location is next to the train stations where dining options are endless. Lawson store is just below the hotel. The bus station to Aeon Mall is a short walk. 24 hour Gyudon restaurant is a 10 minute walk. Oh and you cannot beat the price value as well. Service is great. "The staff were all friendly and very kind and helpful. I was surprised at how wonderful the breakfast was, and at the variety of food available. Especially considering it is included in the cost of your stay. "Personally not a fan of smoking, and the room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I walked in. Overall, everything else and the staff were excellent. Not many things to do immidiately around but just a short walk to the train stations and many other places. Quiet neighbourhood, lots of konbini around. "

Great place for Disney

"Okura bay was a great place to stay for our days at Disneyland and Disney Sea. The place offered a shuttle to bayside station to catch the Disney monorail to the parks. Even if the shuttle wasn’t offered, it’s literally a 5 min walk to the station. Hotel room was spacious. 2 waters provided daily. Small convenience store in hotel for other snacks or drinks. "

Enjoyed our stay

"We (2A,2C) stayed here for 7 nights. Got a room with a view of Tokyo Skytree and it was lovely to see it change colours every night. The room felt a little small but that’s because we had 4 pieces of large-ish luggage and 2 cabin sized luggage. The room could do with more lights as the room was a bit dark at night. Check-in was smooth and quick. Overall, staff were helpful. We had breakfast in the hotel. Food was decent but the spread was limited. No real complains though. The airport bus from Haneda drops off passengers here. You can also board the airport bus to Haneda or Narita from here but the last bus is in the afternoon. Very conveniently located. There are shopping malls and many residences and restaurants nearby. A short walk away is a park with a playground and is very popular with young families on weekends and public holidays. However it may be a bit of distance or switching of trains if you’re going to all the tourist spots. We did enjoy the area a lot as we had 2 young children and finding food, shopping and playground in one convenient location was a big plus for us. There are no DIY laundry facilities in the hotel but there are 3 DIY laundromats within 7min walking distance of the hotel. You can ask the hotel for a map in English. "

"Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay was a great place for our family to stay, including elderly and an infant. There is a convenience store downstairs, as well as direct entry to train station and an abundance of shops. The free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland and Disneysea runs regularly. Such convenient and comfortable service. We are sure to recommend this hotel to anyone. "

Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International

5/5 Excellent

"Great location in Asakusa! Convenient to multiple train lines, food, shopping and temple grounds. Rooms are bigger than anticipated but minimal storage, no drawers and small closet. Premier lounge was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. 4th floor izakaya style food court was not up to par and disappointing, chose elsewhere to eat. Kobe restaurant is over priced and seldom busy. Uniglo store was a great! Don Quixote is a tourist trap and overpriced! Recommend and would return."
