"The Watson Hotel in Halong fully deserves its 5-star rating. The staff is exceptional, particularly at reception desk where two ladies went above and beyond to assist me. I want to especially commend Joycee and Jenny, who are true assets to the hotel. The food is outstanding, both for dinner and breakfast, with a plentiful breakfast buffet.
