"At check in the staff was so pleasant and friendly. This is my second stay here and will absolutely be back to stay here again. The room was great and the pool and fitness center are amazing. "

"The area is great with a restaurant in walking distance. Someof the staff could've been more pleasant. The door lock was messed up and would have insert the key 5 times to get the door to open. The room was nice and clean except for band aids stuck to the curtains for some reason. Would stay again."

"This was our 1st time staying. When we arrived to the room there was 1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels. No Bath towels for showers? No blow dryer, No Microwave , No working phone, No chairs for balcony. We paid $250.00 a night plus fees. I’m almost 63 years old and have NEVER stayed at a place without the necessities? For the price that We paid .. I had no idea that I had to bring my own towels and blow dryer… I had been so excited to stay at your property “ The Tides” but was so disappointed to the point that We only stayed 1 night. Had scheduled 2 nights but was so disappointed. "
