Everything is immaculate and as described all features are wonderful.We did bring our house trained pet as the information did state pet friendly however we did not know there would be a non-refundable fee and a per night charge. Ideally this should’ve been disclosed on the website a lot more clearly.

It was a very nice resort with beautiful views and a great pool. Could have better restaurant options and it would be nice to add breakfast to the stay being included. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We will stay again for sure .......

The harbor and resort area were nice had plenty of things to do. Upon initial arrival the hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was decent, it appeared to be pretty clean, however, it looked to be not managed well. The shower did not look clean and I did not want to use it, there was water damage causing the trim around the doors to rot and fall apart. There were water marks on the walls, hinges with screws missing, hairs in the sheets, flooring peeling and what looked like yellowing on the floor in the toilet room. Average room for what I paid, kind of disappointed.

We were excited to try this place out for a little vacation away from home(Daniel island). We were disappointed that the WiFi didn’t work from our room on the second floor. The side pool and hot tub were completely shut down during our stay and we weren’t made aware of this before booking. The staff at the “check in counter” weren’t giving 5 star costumer service. Dissapointed there was no room service available or breakfast for how expensive the stay was. The hotel was empty yet we were placed in a room right above the roof with a mundane view of the “harbor”. The room itself was nicely decorated but there were stains on the robes so we couldn’t use them. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The Beach Club is exqusite and pays attention to detail. It was very quiet and inviting. The restaurant located next door, The Fish House, has some of the most delicious food I have eaten. Free shuttles were provided every hour to take you to the heart of Charleston.

The amenities included were outstanding. They offer a shuttle into town hourly. The hot tub, fire pits, and pool can be enjoyed year round. The resort was beautiful.

This reaort and was absolutely beautiful and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. I loved the touch of the fireplace! I look forward to returning when it warms up a bit to take full access of the outdoor amenities and pools. Would highly recommend!
