"The location is perfect! The apartment was quiet, and extremely clean! The only things I would say to fix anything would be to have a tv in the master. We really wanted to lay in bed and watch movies ! The pull out sofa in the living room did great for that. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Overall we loved it! "

"Not enough parking. Only one space per person. No other parking anywhere for multiple vehicles. Other than that very nice place."

"This was an excellent property and close to the place where I needed to work. At first I was skeptical about the security of the street side door to the sidewalk but nothing happened. Blackout curtains would be an option. And adding a rug or two would make it more comfortable. Otherwise it is beautifully designed and comfortable. "

"The condo itself is a nice condo. The rooms are spacious and the layout is nice. It was a little humid the first day until the temperature regulated. The floors were pretty dirty and very sandy. I know sand is a given at the beach but the dirt was disappointing. The dryer in the unit did not work. We reported it but unfortunately repairs were not made during our stay. "The building is very old and the unit we were in was outdated and appears to have never been upgraded as everything looked original. We were looking online at some of the units that were for sale most all of them were upgraded. The unit was very moist and caused me to have a slight allergic reaction since I am highly allergic to mold. Also, the communication was to the point of being too much (lots of texts) and very degrading in a sense with regards to all of the 'instructions' that were given...
