"The hotel is situated very close to the Myeondong metro station, which is the meeting point for many organized touristic activities. The hotel was always very clean and the staff were friendly and respectful. I would gladly use this hotel for a future vacation in Seoul. "

"It is a great place to stay if you need to go to Kintex convention center. I had a little accident (accidentally tripped and fell) in my room, staff was very nice in helping me to get medical help…..One drawback about this hotel is it is kind of far from the city. The metro station at Kintx is still under construction. The closest metro station is about 15 minutes walking."

"The room was very beautifully decorated and the kids adored the room. When we checked out today, we asked the reception if we could buy the soft toys in the room, the lady was saying it was not for sale. She then surprised the kids by giving them two small soft toys (from the same theme). I did not notice her name as we were rushing for the airport. Thank you to the pretty lady receptionist for the nice gesture (happened at 5:30am on 28 Dec 2024). "
