"The Baymont Gatlinburg was an excellent hotel experience. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was great. Trolly stops right outside the hotel which was great as it 9 degrees with 6 inches of snow. Only problem was a water main break down the Parkway which was completely out of their control.
