"A bear visited our truck two nights in a row! They are serious when they say don’t leave anything in your vehicles. We left an unopened bag of birdseed in the bed. One less softcover truck bed cover and bag of birdseed later! Totally our fault! We would go back in a heartbeat (w/o birdseed!)! Wonderful indoor pool area for kids! Great dining and bar options. Loved our 5-day stay!"

"Best family hotel in Gatlinburg! Will definitely stay again when me and my wife and two girls come back! There’s so much to love about this hotel! Pool, water slide, and lazy river are stunning. Food at the pool is great, breakfast options awesome and kept us full :). I’m a fanatic about cleanliness and this hotel was spotless. Love the feel and friendliness of the hotel. If I were to make improvements to hotel: Bed frame stuck out from mattress(hit with shins several times), water pressure was low, more hooks on bathroom would be helpful, walk to downtown was easy but walk up in the heat was tiresome…"
