The desk clerk, Edward, was so helpful and he even sent security up to my room to check on me while I waited for the paramedics. "Loved how close it was to everything in downtown Chicago, and the Magnificent Mile. The only reasons for a 4 instead of 5 star, were petty minor - the pool was smaller than the pictures made it look (it's just a lap pool), and the "breakfast available" wasn't much to speak of.
