"We had an excellent stay in Fukuoka. Hotel was located in a good area just a little outside of the river area but it was a quick taxi in. Lovely and helpful staff! Clean hotel. Would stay again!"

"If you are looking for Japanese Ryokan experience, this is not the place. However It’s outside appearance is. It’s dirty. The service is below par. Typical Japanese hospitality doesn’t exist. I can say it because I live in Japan 3 months out of a year and I have traveled and stayed in Ryokan all over Japan. Upon check in, the lady just showed room without showing the whole place. We paid for two nights but we left just after one night stay. "

"We like the resort entire environment, it is cosy and quiet. Check-in and front desk staff are very warm. and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, although it is fix menu and no choice of selection. Only minus is the room is slightly small. Will come back again."
