"小学生2人を含む4人家族で利用しました。子連れでの天神エリアの買い物にとてもいい場所です。綺麗にされているし、朝ごはんも美味しいです。子供分の枕と旦那(逆流性食道炎のため２つ枕が必要)でスタッフの方にリクエストしたところ、快く対応してくださいました。お風呂も夜中入れるので、子供が寝た後にゆっくり入る事も可能です。また利用すると思います。"

"We booked this hotel as we love the hot spring and ramen provided. However, the hotel is a bit old and the room seems not very clean. We got 2 adults and a 12-year old girl. We booked the club level room which is a bit bigger. I ended up sleeping with my daughter in one bed, which is bit cramp and the hotel cannot add one more bed. Hot spring is ok but not very big. Sometimes run out of locker and we need to wait. Maybe the crowd is due to the new year holiday peak."

"Great location. Walking distance to Bayside shoppibg, restaurants, supermarket and nore. Walking distance to Chuo Wharf (Chuo Foto) cruise ship terminal and ferry port. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating "

"This was a great place to be centrally located for a family trip in Kyushu province. I would happily go back. The hotel is right next to Canal City Mall which is full of great shops and restaurants. Across the street on the other side is the food stalls and night food scene of Fukuoka. It's clean and the hotel staff are kind and very helpful. Overall, it made for a great vacation. "
