"So good "

"I love the beautiful rooms and lovingly preserved building. Every step in the cliff house was like a walk through time. The front access garden was beautiful and unique; it felt like you would discover faeries in the flowers. There were only 2 issues i had if you could call them that. The electric sockets were the loosest I'd ever used. The parking situation felt like a hold up either i paid 3 dollars an hour to park on the narrow street or 20 dollars a day for valet garage parking. Valet was cheaper. The hotel has close access to walkable shops and entertainment. "

"The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was close to Estes Park. The only negative was the entrance was a bit difficult to negotiate. "

"Have stayed at a lot of nice hotels thanks to work travel. This trip was leisure with the family and this hotel is by far the nicest I've ever stayed at. We even canceled a night at another hotel in Denver to extend our stay here. The price was unbelievable, the hotel pool & hot tubes are phenomenal, rooms are incredible. Wish I took advantage of the spa. We also stayed one night at the Ameristar down the street on this trip. It was nice but Monarch is absolutely worth the extra $50 dollars per night over Ameristar. We stayed mid-week so prices were amazing."

"Beautiful river runs thru the property. (The river runs quickly so may not be safe to play near with children) Property is very close to the National Park. There is no front desk. All check in and room access information comes via email."

"The rooms were very clean and upon entering it smelled very nice inside. My only issue was that the bathroom door didn't close it was a sliding door and that makes things awkward if you're sharing the room with someone you aren't comfortable with hearing you do your business. "
