The longer we were there, the more an overwhelming smell of cat urine crept through the unit. 2. The Backdoor is directly inline with the couch and has no window covering over the large window. 3. "My heater went out and we were in the middle of a snow storm. I had just stayed at a Holiday Inn express in Denver the night before and was very happy with the experience so I chose to stay at the one close to home until my heat was fixed. It was very cozy and clean and we enjoyed our stay."

"The biggest complaint was the don't do regular service. You call and ask for service. On our fourth day we requested service and when we got back to our room that evening there was no door seeing that they would not be offering service the next day because of it being January 1st. "The staff was very professional. Rooms were nice and clean. Amazing views of Pikes Peak. Breakfast area was very clean and a large variety of items. Close to shopping and Emergency centers.
