"My family of 4 stayed here for one night between our visits to the Royal Gorge and Garden of the Gods. Manitou Springs mostly seems to have independent hotels vs. chains, many of which seem run down (or just vintagey-kitschy?), but this hotel is probably as good as it gets. Room was spacious and clean, pool was great for my kids, and breakfast was serviceable. We also appreciated the proximity to downtown Manitou Springs, which is kind of a hippie town with funky shops and restaurants. No complaints!"

"Very convenient to downtown Manitou Springs. Friendly staff. Motel is a bit aged, but clean and pretty quiet considering how close we were to town. Rooms are nice size. A/C works well. "
