The property has a great location and is extremely walkable, right in the middle of town, but off the main drag, and very close to everything. It has easy and reasonably priced valet parking which is a plus in the touristy town where parking is sometimes a bit challenging. The hotel is comfortable with a nice staff. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Amazing property located just off the main strip in old Manitou Springs. From the staff to the decor, I had the best experience here while on a two week trip to Colorado. If it’s available, stay in the Buffalo Bill suite. It’s the coolest themed room I’ve ever seen.

Our stay for two nights was excellent!! From our room to having three delicious meals in the dining room and on the veranda. Geoffrey did a marvelous job! great location - walk right across to main street in Manitou. Housekeeping in room everyday, turn down service with chocolates included, newspaper in the morning; nice touches. They do a nice job maintaining a vintage property. Rooms are nice with fireplaces and really nice large bathrooms with double sinks, whirlpool tub and powerful showerheads. We stayed 6 nights and I would stay there again.
