"We only stayed one night, and it was, overall, a positive experience. The staff was helpful but not necessarily friendly which is on brand for the Bay Area. The room was nice and bigger than expected and had great amenities. There was a bug in the bathroom though and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. "Second time stay here. Love this hotel. Very clean, good breakfast, big rooms and comfortable beds."

"Good neighbourhood. Older facility. All vending machines wer empty for our entire stay. Front desk staff wer talking on their cell phone in another language while dealing with customers. Towels received at front desk had hair embedded in them. Rooms wer clean so was the bedding and towels in room. Beds wer super comfy. Over all i would stay again "

"This location is clean and a very reasonable price for the San Jose area. Staff was helpful and friendly. I love the option of have a microwave, regular refrigerator and stove top for some light cooking. It also makes the rooms more spacious even if you don't utilize those amenities. I have stayed here many times visiting my family in the area."
