"VERY friendly and accommodating staff, especially Lucy Vero Ofelia. Room was very clean. Complementary food was amazing, with the diversity of choices in the morning. "

"It was very clean and very nice. The paying for parking is ridiculous especially since there isn't many places to park there. The only problem the pipe broke and there was no water in the room for an hour or so, so you could flush the toilet, shower, or use the sink. But other then that and the parking thing is was really nice and close to everything. Its also next door to a hospital so you will hear a lot of sirens. But it is nice."

"The place was beautiful. My only complaint is that there was a convention that night, and many kids were being very noisy. However, this wasn't the hotel's fault. After I called to report the issue, they addressed it promptly, which was another positive aspect of my stay."
