"Walking distance to all the sightseeing places in Florence. Friendly staff, especially Lucia at the front reception office, makes the stay memorable! Lucia gave us a quick overview of Florence including the museums, the parks, the restaurants and the Christmas market. This is beyond my past experience at any hotels including Ritz and Conrad which are known for the high quality of services. Thank you!"

"This is a nice little cozy bread and breakfast place with great location. Service is excellent and the interior is very beautiful. The only draw back it has no elevator but it's only one floor up. There's no concierge 24/7 but they are pretty responsive beyond office hours. Staff are pretty generous with their time and very helpful."
