"Had a lovely stay the hotel was spotless the housekeepers knocked on your door every morning asking if you wanted your room cleaning. Lovely helpful staff, the hotel was lovely we would definitely go back. The only thing i wouldnt get again is the breakfast we paid £36 for 2 of us which for what we got was expensive, theres plenty of cheaper nice places to eat in york so would go out next time. We will definitely come again though."

"The room was beautiful. One of the reasons we chose to upgrade was for the roll top bath but the bathroom was really cold. The whole room was pretty cold but the bathroom floor was very cold. We were due to get robes and slippers but only had 1 pair so had to share.
