"Just got back from a half-term stay at the Radisson Blu and we're really pleased we went. We had a two bedroom suite (actually, we got upgraded to the 3 bedroom - it's absolutely vast! "It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. "The Don Miguel hotel is HUGE! It's a large, sprawling hotel that needs a bit of renovation, but is in a great location, with the entrance being on the corner of a main road. "The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."
