We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. "We had a great stay overall. The hotel is lovely, well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was a highlight—warm, relaxing, and a great way to unwind. The atmosphere was peaceful, with no children around, making it a quiet and restful experience. However, there were a few downsides. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to standard—the floors didn’t seem to be mopped properly (if at all), and one day, our towels weren’t replaced. The biggest issue was the shower, which kept overflowing and flooding the bathroom. Another drawback was the lack of privacy due to the adjoining rooms. While this setup might be convenient for families, I could hear every movement from the neighbouring room, including footsteps and even bathroom use. Overall, it’s a good hotel with some great features, but the lack of privacy and upkeep of the room let it down. "

"The place is super clean, the rooms, public areas, pool etc. We had half board and all the food was top quality and the staff were very attentive and hard working. I would certainly recommend Blue Bay Beach Club. Thank you all."

Excellent hotel

"The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! You get a wrist band to show the staff what you are entitled to. One of the best things about the stay was the transport links. There's a bus stop almost immediately outside the front of the hotel (1 min walk if you want to be specific). You can get to the whole island that way. "
