Room 326 initially given was noisy being close to external ventilation machinery. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and offered us a quieter room and with a better view. Only downside is the hotel is dated, and the 2nd floor of block 3 smellt as if the drains were faulty. Overall a good hotel for the price.

Really liked the hotel. Room was cleaned every day and the staff were friendly. I wouldn’t stay again for two reasons. Firstly the pool was too cold and in my three week stay I went in there once as it was so uncomfortable and the other reason is the air con in the room was pathetic, you could leave it on all day and notice no difference.

The hotel offers standard services and may not be the best choice for young couples due to the predominance of elderly guests and families with children. While the hotel does provide a range of activities, they primarily cater to older adults and families. The on-site restaurant features an extensive selection of international dishes, but the overall quality is somewhat lacking, particularly in the show cooking sections.

Overall a good stay for the price. We stayed for just over a week and found the staff exceptionally polite and helpful. It is in a great location with the beach being a 10 minute walk and the main shopping centre a 10 minute walk also. The food options while good quality can be a little repetitive by the time you’ve been there for a week. The room was exceptionally clean and we had a great view from our balcony. The only thing with the room was the air conditioning could have been better, it struggled to get the room down to a comfortable temperature. Overall a good stay, this was our second visit to the Waikiki and was as good as our first.

Great hotel for price iv stayed in worse clean ,foods ok a little for everyone altho it's a bit of a free for all great location central to loads of shopping and the beach got checked in early that was a bonus as we arrived after an early morning flight entertainment not up to much but was ok we went out most nights
