"Check in disappointing - not allowed to check in early while others could I was told it was because I paid a cheap price booking late so they would only allow checkin at 3pm. They did take my baggage to store. I think clients should be treated the same no matter how much is being paid. Hotel is a great location for bus station and city centre 800 meter walk. Room would th balcony lovely. Great bedding no food available in the hotel at night. No signage from main road so hard to find "

"This hotel has pretty much everything you need. Great location near to lovely bar and restaurants. Super clean. Decent furniture in good condition. Helpful and efficient staff. No frills or fripperies but really solid. In the UK I’d liken it to a smart Premier Inn (in a good way!). Only niggles would be lack of a kettle or balcony furniture. Finally, the shower is the best I’ve found in a hotel - ever! Rainfall but really powerful (but fully adjustable). The location is near a busy road...

"The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

"Loved the hotel & location was brilliant. 2 small criticisms. A hot water urn at breakfast would be great to save us tea drinkers waiting at the coffee machine for hot water. No drawers in rooms! "It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

"Stayed here for 3 nights, my last stay here was 8 years ago. Food was very goid and plenty of choice, drinks were good, rum was only cheaper one, not Arehucas which is produced on the Island so a mark down for that and in the main entertainment bar, you have to put your own mixer in.. pool area always busy and overall it was worth the money u paid for all inclusive. Thanks"
