"Really lovely room with beautiful furniture and top level comfort that you might expect. Great reception staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast room is a bit small for the number of guests. On some days there was plenty to choose from but on one day they had run out of bread and black pepper and some fruit! "

"The property is ideally located adjacent to the cathedral and the historic buildings. The staff, from receptionists to room service, are all very friendly, slimly and helpful. Breakfast is good, Bus transportation, restaurants, shopping all nearby, no need for costly taxis. The property has no glassing for sound proofing, therefore expect noise from the cobble street, Cars, road services machinery, beer bar adjacent to the hotel and general public visiting the cathedral. Light sleepers beware....

"The apartment was just gorgeous, exactly as described. Everything in top working order and super clean. Little extras like coffee pods and extra towels were much appreciated. "We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely Valtisya House was. The best, however was the help we received from Juan at check in. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood. "

"It would have been nice if they would somehow warn you that you shouldn't come by foot. Definitely take a car/taxi up this bloody hill. We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel.
