"We had stayed here once before and really liked it, but this time didn’t impress us the same way. Our room was near a noisy ice machine, and the outdoor light shone through our curtains, even with the blackout curtains drawn. While the beds are comfortable, they are advertised as queen, when in fact they are double beds. "

"Great little hotel in downtown Arroyo Grande. Wonderful restaurant options within walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Happy hour in the late afternoon is an added bonus. Definitely has the feel of a boutique hotel! "

"Charming lobby and decor from mid-century country feel. Floor plan unusual in ways rooms are laid out and can be initially confusing. Room was very spacious with antique furnishings but bed was new and very comfortable and bathroom quite nice as well. "
