"Our second stay here was amazing overall, but disappointed again in the service at the restaurant. The hotel and spa and service could not be faulted, but the service in the restaurant is so slow. We waited 17minutes before being asked for drinks, the gentleman next to us had been waiting 50minutes for his main and was having the same u pleasant experience. The first time we stayed I actually had to get up after about 20 minutes to ask the staff to serve us our drinks. Both occasions the restaurant was so quiet, not sure where the issue lies. Furthermore the gentleman next to us complained and it was brushed off. "

"Fabulous location, room and facilities. Only slight peeve was no mini bar in the room and two complimentary tiny shortbread biscuits in refreshment tray. Tesco express within 100 metres resolved this. Stayed over six nations Rugby and although hotel full to capacity no fall in level of service. "
