"The most beautiful view of the castle! Right from the window. The hotel is in a perfect location where everything is so accessible and the main attractions are so close yet it is in such a quiet place. So many amazing restaurants nearby. Even though I extended my stay to a smaller room, I was still allowed to stay in the same upgraded room for the rest of my stay and given a discount! Complimentary minibar in the room with drinks and snacks topped up everyday. Thanks for a very lovely stay. Highly recommend"

"Modern hotel, located in a good position for the City, the bar restaurant was closed, so had to walk down to larger Sister hotel situated 5 mins away, the swimming pool is also located at this separate hotel. I was unaware that the hotel offered its own parking, until I arrived, which was too late as I’d parked 10 mins away at an NCP car park, which turned out to be very expensive! This hotel needs to add the car parking facility onto the Hotels.com app, so that customers are aware."

"We had a lovely stay over Christmas. We opted for the basic room without a window and although the room was quite small there was plenty of room for our needs. The hotel has a buffet continental breakfast with lots of great fresh pasties, we absolutely loved their homemade yogurt with honey and granola. The hotel is very walkable to all the sights and the staff were warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again. "
