"Given that there is free parking on the premises one can walk from the property about 40-45 min to Royal Mile and maybe 50 to 60 min to the castle. The walk is through a nice neighborhood and can be considered part of visiting the city. The room I had did not have much furniture but had everything we needed for comfortable overnight stay. It was a clean, modest room for a reasonable price compared to other offerings in the city, perfect to crash in the night."

"This property was ok for one night as it was convenient to downtown and it was an easy check in. I rate it as a step above a hostel that had the amenities as a bathroom but the beds were horrible and the carpet was pretty gross. Cleanness could have been better.
