"The customer service representatives were great, no attitude, and friendly. Our room coffee maker was missing the tray to put the coffee in, and the smoke detector was removed and wires were exposed on the wall. The cleaning service on Sunday morning around 5am was very loud in the hall and kept waking us up. Our key on Sunday was also deactivated even though our booking was through Monday. The Gym has very odd opening hours at 9am which is really late comparatively. "

"Check in was a breeze. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the water pressure was amazing during a shower. This place could really use some updates. Needs more outlets, only open one was the bathroom. Elevators were down so I asked for a 1st floor room which wasn’t available, but 2nd floor wasn’t too bad. I missed breakfast but a Dennys is steps away so no big deal. Close to airport, highway, and many food options, I would definitely return after a renovation."

"What a dump. From the outside it looks okay. It's off I-whatever but it didn't seem to hectic and I have to say that the room was fairly quiet with little road noise. But those where the highlights. The hallway looked like a run down, 1-hour rental and that's a lot of what it was. The halls and rooms reeked of weed and it was very obvious that a hook up service was being run by "guests."
