"We really enjoyed the property! We rented all 3 units with family over the holidays and it was wonderful, we had the whole floor to ourselves. The property was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. They did not do a great job with communication about the check-in process, parking, or check-out. "Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money."
