"Front desk was welcoming. Rooms were cleaning. Breakfast was great lady was helpful. Only complaint would be the pool being very cold. The heater was broken, but nothing was said when we checked in luckily they had a hot tub so kids got some swimming time in. "

"The hotel was great. Staff was nice. The issue I had was with hotels.com.....I reserved rooms for 3 people; 2 checked in with no problem but my reservation was cancelled for no explained reason so i had to book another one and pay more for my stay. "

"Stayed with my family, everything was clean, quiet/calm. The floor I was staying on had a little smell of smoke but seemed to only be in the hallway the room we stayed in was fine. Overall it was fine. "
