When i went to check-in, i was given a key to a room that had not been cleaned, i was told it would be 30 minutes, it was an hour later before i was told it was clean, I went out to eat and when i returned, had to call the desk to find out why my room had no water. I understand there was a repair, but it also means we had to wait 30 more minutes before using the tub that is the reason I choose that bedroom. and when the water came back on, it was orange and full of sediment. Will not be back, the front desk on Saturday seemed like he could care less what happened

I give the room 1 out of 10 for cleanliness. No towels were left in the room (When we asked the front desk about it, housekeeper standing next to him shrugged her shoulders and walked to the back room). No hand soap in the despenser. Toilet didn't propley flush and ran all night. Patio door was FILTHY! Floor was not vacuumed or mopped. Old 2 liter of opened coke was left in the fridge. Beyond the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked this hotel because it looked like a decent pool and had a hot tub. Pool was cloudy. Hot tub was colder than the pool. All my husband and I wanted to do was relex in a hot tub after a long drive. When we were checked in, we got to the room and key card worked. Light was green but when we went to open the door it was locked. We tired 2 more times before we went to the front desk. Front desk attenedent rescanned our keys and gave us a "new" room. I believe he gave us keys to the wrong room. I hope we didn't scare the people in the room and thank goodness they properly locked the door. Unless you do not care about anything we had to say I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! I read the comments after we stayed (I know I should have before we booked and learned my lesson). Any comments from management left are a joke. They didn't fix any of my problem's left by other guests.

We have stayed here before but it's gone way downhill. Tried to check in but key cards wouldn't work. Before we were able to get working cards, we were treated rudely by staff. There were homeless inside and out. Trash all around the parking lot, elevator making loud clunking noises. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

We liked the pool and exercise room. But our ac wasnt working, the sink did not drain. The towel bar was missing. They advertise free breakfast, but there is none. They didnt even have coffee in the lobby. A fight broke out at night and blood was left uncleaned on the wall. This hotel should not be Plus. It used to be great but I will not be back.

Friendly place with crackheads in the parking lot and in the building. Icing on the cake was somebody left a human turd on the floor in the hallway by the lobby. Also had a ball of pubic hair in the geriatric 5 minute wait elevator.

The worst hotel ever I mean, they have drug dealers, people on drugs, bad customer service front desk people is terrible. Rooms are terrible. They have bedbugs. Nothing works no TVs pools and Jacuzzis are very dirty, I checked out within a few hours just couldn’t do it and I have my kids. I will sleep in my car before I sleep at this hotel. It is as so bad I could get more pictures and stuff just had to get out of there

I really enjoyed the pool. It was spacious and designed beautifully. I didn't like the disrepair of the building and the fact that the mini-fridge left puddles all over my room floor, and when I informed them of it, they shrugged it off.

Booked a king room, got 2 full size beds. Gentlemen at the desk did not ask for ID or credit card, I just gave him my name. How did he know I wasn't lying? Elevator out of order. Fire extinguisher missing from cabinet labeled for one, good thing there wasn't a fire. 2nd floor hallway reeked of smoke as soon as we opened the door from the stairs. Toilet moved when you sat on it.

Not a good experience. Room was okay, but noisy neighbors, elevators closed down by the city, coffee in lobby was out of order, large homeless population in the vicinity of the hotel. I suspect crime is a problem in this area as one guest has their motorcycle stolen out of the parking lot during our stay. I would not recommend to any of my friends, nor will I be staying here again unless significant changes are made.

When i first got there one of the elevators was not working.Then when i came back after my meeting the other one was not working. I am in my late 70's and my room was on the 3 rd floor.

It was OK
The building itself is run down. We booked it for the hot tub and it was closed. It seemed a little sketchy, but it was quiet and comfortable for one night.

Unsatisfied stay and false advertisement
It was horrible I've stayed here before and was excellent this time it was a very bad disappointment they say on web site free breakfast and they do not even offer breakfast and then the pool had no towels to use had to use towels in room the front desk told me they had no housekeeping first of all the reason my payed for room was not available so I had to get a different room which was not very good at all and the. The. Vending machines took my 2.00 for a soda and the washing machine destroyed my shirt I needed work conference this morning.i will never go back unfortunately

1st we got a room that was not cleaned or done, 2nd next room they gave us the keys would not work for entry, 3rd you can hear everything from the hallway like there is no door, 3rd the hair dryer was throwing smoke.
