The hotel was fine but the noise level was awful. The room above us was extremely loud. Then the next morning we had to listen to a screaming child for 2 hours because the walls are apparently very thin. Not our best stay.

We loved the location of the hotel, speedy checkin and checkout, staff was super friendly, bed was a bit uncomfortable (time to get new matresses.) Facilities were modern, and they had a very good breakfast in the morning. I actually found out that if you book directly through the hotel, the rate was close to $130 per night, and so for two nights I would have paid $300 instead of $525. I was a bit disappointed that Expedias rates were so much higher. That was my fault for not checking on that sooner, but due to circumstances beyond our control found ourselves really needing something close to the university and I did not think Expedia would over charge.

We loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was here. I slept a full 8 hrs, which hasn't happened in weeks. We liked how close to the restaurants this hotel was and the kids enjoyed the pool even though it was under maintenance for the heater being out. We did find dog food under the couch and on the rug when we checked in, not a deal breaker, but we do like a spotless room.

This property was brand new. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel is part of business campus of WSU so there are nice walkable areas right outside the hotel.

Lovely hotel with a wonderful breakfast. We had a room with 2 queens and a fold out couch. We had a family member in Wesley Hospital, so this slept several family members. It was an easy drive to the hospital, a few dining options were very close. Only thing that was not amazing, no microwave in the room.

Everything was great. There were a couple rooms that were loud last night. But I didn’t complain. I travel with a white noise machine. Breakfast was replenished often and was what you would expect. I plan to stay at the Hyatt place at WSU again soon.

Great location geared for families visiting college students. We’ve stayed here a couple times now. The bed was terrible sunk to the floor and felt like my feet were up in the air so I slept upside down which was somewhat ok. I’ve never had to do that before and we travel often. They do provide a great breakfast.
