"The staff is very friendly and there’s a nice lobby area that offers complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks. Unfortunately our room felt a bit worn and could use some improvements, smelled musty. Bathroom mirror light was coming apart and shower curtain was mildew stained. Also disappointed the beds are doubles, not queens! Difficult now that my kids are grown teens:/ Parking was easy in the building and property is very conveniently located to everything in downtown Chicago....

"Very unique hotel layout, with a 10-story inner atrium that really opens up the interior of the hotel. Rooms are LARGE, very high quality and very clean. Great free breakfast, including a custom-order omelette bar. Location is great, just off Michigan Avenue, with Red Line subway station 1 block away. Great stay! "

"The hotel has an excellent location, close to many points of interests within a walking distance. The staff was present but not particularly welcoming. Breakfast was basic. The common areas are nice and relatively spacious but they need an update. The room was clean but small. "

"I always stay here for work and I like the comfortable rooms, central location, great gym and robust breakfast. Staff is friendly, and willing to help with whatever you need. Two thumbs up! "
