"Really enjoyed my stay here. Hotel was really nice, and bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Did miss having a coffee machine in the hotel or a breakfast area but Starbucks was right next door so they had daily custom from me. Location was great being just off Times Square so was central to pretty much everything. Check in was easy, staff welcoming and friendly. Check out was great and was able to leave case for a few hours with the bellhops. Even the manager (assuming?) asked if the stay was nice and said they had rooms if I wanted another night - if only my flight could be changed, I would have definitely stayed longer!!! Would definitely stay here again because the rooms were super confortable, staff we all lovely and the location was perfect for everything. "

"We wanted to find a convenient hotel in Midtown with an option of a roof top restaurant, and we found our place. Wonderful and patient staff. My family and I were in the room mainly to sleep but we did check out the restaurant on the roof. Good views of the surrounding area. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Midtown."

"Good location to get around in Times Square. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. The bed and bedding were just ok, nothing fancy, the sheets were rough. It was good for our one night stay. If you want breakfast or a late night snack, note that there’s no room service. If you plan to have the hotel hold your bags because your transportation doesn’t leave until later in the day after checkout, keep your key in case you need to use the restroom. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. "
