"We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return here when in Cozumel. It was clean, secure, great location, and completely hassle-free. We got to enjoy Cozumel with lots of space and it felt like a second home."
"Loved the pool and area on the roof! My only complaint is the nosey traffic, which can't be helped, but nice to be aware of that. Also, it says oceanfront but there is a busy street, the main one... the ocean is there, but its kinda dirty down on that part and not much beach area. The staff outside letting you in and out are very nice, polite and helpful. I felt safe inside the property as a solo woman traveler, but I wanted to be able to walk on the beach at night from my room. I just couldn't...

"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. The WiFi in the house was not functioning properly neither. There were rust on most metal items inside the bathroom, and it was very moldy. The unit sits right on the main...
"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"Diria que Excelente las condiciones de la propiedad en general, con 2 excepciones para mí que sería el area de playa algo pequeña para la cantidad de gente que puede hospedarse en este hotel y la otra el desempen̈o del Gerente de Recepción en turno DIEGO BURGOS que siento que pudo resolver de una mejor manera una simple solicitud por parte de un huesped al que se le debe tratar para que regrese y no que le queden dudas en volver. Pero por lo demás como la limpieza, el servicio por el demás personal diria super amable, excelente ambiente, los animadores en la alberca, los restaurantes buena comida, etc, Gracias !!!"
"The Villa Blanca Gardens is my three-star go to in Cozumel, and I have been there many times. It is away from the hustle and bustle and overcrowding of downtown when cruise ships come in and is generally unaffected by boat tourism. Many folks stay here for the dive, snorkeling and other activities that are available just across the street in front of the facility. One of the best parts is the beautiful garden that is the center of the surrounding rooms. Some good dining opportunities are within walking distance
and the on-site Stingray bar & grill is ok for drinks and a quick bite. However, it is too far to walk to the main shopping areas down town, but it is closer than the all-inclusives further south along the West Coast. A great place to truly relax. I call the Via Blanca "my garden Villa get away' that helps me reset mind and body from my busy life back home. If you didn't want/need the all you can eat and drink crowded scene of the all inclusives, the VB is a good budget option."
