"Peridot Grand Hotel is a beautifully designed hotel that's located in the centre of Old Quarter Hanoi. My partner and I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days and from the moment we of check-in to the time of check-out we felt the warmth, helpfulness, and the hospitality of the staff. We also were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed which gave us great rest. The guest services were also very helpful in providing us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and attractions ahead of arrival and scheduling us with transportation to our next location. If you are seeking quality service, comfortability, and convenience while visiting Hanoi, we highly recommend! "

"The room was very nice and clean, new fresh hotel, prefect location. Probably the best staff ever. They did everything to make you happy and keep you satisfied-- very nice and friendly staff, all of them! The breakfast was great - you can basically get anything you want (you can choose your favourite breakfast from the menu and in addition you can enjoy the breakfast buffé). Next time I go to Hanoi I will most definitely stay at this hotel. Shampo, conditioner, shower gel, thoothbrush and paste, etc (and even a razor) in the bathroom. No need to bring with you any of these! "

I would rate it 11/10 location beachfront,close to restaurants and massage and a good monry changer about 500m away(kim my kim)best rate on this trip. 11/10 This for the staff going above and beyond. This includes check in,posting a post card for us also bringing ginger to our room during thr night. And helping us get to some places. Room service and clothes washing services top notchn"

"The hotel is in the center of the old quarter, walking distance to everywhere, the rooms are very comfortable , hot shower and comfy bed, but what makes this hotel stand out from the others is the staff, if I could give a 15/10 for staff I would from the breakfast staff, especially Ms. Anna at front of house , made our stay very memorable, thank you once again for a amazing stay."

"Large, busy hotel. Excellent food and staff service. Room are large, comfortable, clean with excellent view. Great location if you want to be close to downtown or riverside’s. Walking distance to Dragon bridge and night market. Not best location if you want to enjoy the beach."
