"Friendly staff, slightly dated furniture and bath fixtures in room. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room attendants, and helpful front desk staff. Walkable location to nearly all you need in the city center, including from train station. We appreciated the luggage storage when we arrived early, and felt very comfortable that the staff had our property stored securely for us. "

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

"Staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was nice. The area (like most) was very noisy but that is to be expected & not to hotels fault. The location was great to all tourist destinations. The bus was less reliable than expected, which also was not the hotels fault. Took 3 bus times for it to come. Overall, hotel was good. "

"I was very happy with my stay and has been recommending it to all my friends who has upcoming trip to Florence. All staff were pleasant especially the one who checked us in-didnt catch his name- went above and beyond our expectations. Having a convenient refreshing center during your trip is a great extra and the entire hotel is beautifully decorated by the artist who owns the place. Highly recommended. "

"So glad I picked this hotel! Close to everything. Duomo cathedral, Academia del MichaelAngelo, lots of restaurants around the area. Walkable to Central Market, Zaza Restaurant, train station and many more. Hotel is modern, big rooms and bathroom, plenty of storage. Towel warmer is available too and daily breakfast was amazingly delicious. Water and snacks are complimentary, replenished every day. Staff are very nice. Highly recommended. Will come back if I have the chance."
