"Nice and tranquil away from the business of the city centre. "

"When I arrived at the property there was no key for me. I contacted Expedia and within five minutes the property staff rang me and remotely opened my door, 5 minutes later security arrived with a key for me. The property was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Oven, hobs, washing machine, dishwasher. Washing machine pods were left on top of the machine and dishwasher tabs were inside one of the cupboards. The courtyard area on the inside of the property was like a fairytale garden...

"Very clean and comfortable property. Location is a little out of the city centre however excellent bus connection to central Tromsø every 10 minutes. Access to hotel is through the University of Northern Norway Hospital. Overall enjoyed the 3 night stay. "

"The apartment was basically brand new and so spacious. Clear instructions were given. Much better than staying in a small hotel room. Felt like we were living there. Would stay again. Short walk to town and easy access to walk over the bridge to the Arctic Cathedral. Make sure to go to Vervet Bakery for the best coffee and pastries. "

"The location is great, with a view of the harbour from the ground floor dining area and the rooftop jacuzzi. They offer complimentary light dinner and fika (afternoon snack, usually cake) on top of the braekfast. Food quality was only ok most of the time, but it was fine. They do charge for the jacuzzi, but the sauna and gym are free. When we checked in we had to wait for 15 minutes because reception was inexplicably empty, but when they were there they were generally helpful. Room was standard...
