"I had some meetings in Calaca and decided to stay the night in Canyon Woods. I was not expecting much from previous reviews and I was surely IMPRESSED with what I saw. Check In was very efficient with knowledgeable staff. The room itself was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning which is a must was strong and cool. The best thing about this hotel is the view during sunrise. You get a glimpse of the sun with the Taal Lake as your background. The breakfast was plated but...

"The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. Will definitely come back!"

"The first room we got was dated and not stocked with all of the dishes and silverware. The shower did not work and the TV did not have good reception. I talked to the staff and requested a different room and the room that they put us in was, beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. , beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. "Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "
