"Hotel Dann surprised us! We had an outstanding stay. Everything was wonderful - the staff is courteous, warm and knowledgeable. Manuel at the front desk, Albert at the pool bar, Betty at the restaurant, the doormen, they were all wonderful (I don't have all of their names, unfortunately). The property is in top shape - I am very picky and couldn't find a spot that they don't maintain properly. The guys were cleaning the inside edges of the pool everyday!! I've never seen this! "The hotel staff is very alert and I felt very safe during my stay. I had a warm welcome and the staff is very kind and friendly. Overall, a nice hotel and location to stay. "

"The room is fine. One issue I have though is that the electrical outlets in this hotel are all 220V as opposed to other hotels I’ve stayed in which have the normal 110V outlets. So I had to request for a transformer so I can use my hair dryer and hair straightener. Also, probably particular to the room I stayed in, water seems to be leaking from somewhere and it was causing some flooding in the bathroom floor. Other than that, the hotel is fine and the staff are great and helpful."

"Nice hotel at Copacabana. Facilities are old and service at restaurant can be super slow. The best thing was staying in a room with a balcony and view. Lobby service was hospitable and friendly. "
