"This Miramar by Windsor is in an excellent location, it’s spotlessly clean, the staff are so helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, the pool and pool bar were lovely and the showers in the room were so wonderful. Nice touches like chocolates in the room every day and a fresh bottle of water. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"The property is beautiful! The rooms are nice. I understand that the city humid but the mold and mildew in the bathroom was crazy. A good bleaching and the hotel would be perfect. Also we got charged $1 a day per person for insurance as we were leaving. Not a high price but still this was never explained. As I head to the airport I have no clue what I was insured for. I was here 3 months ago at a different hotel and I was charged nothing as I checked out. Overall great hotel and great...

"The location is excellent and the views of the beach are amazing, especially from the upper floors. The roof top pool and terrace also offers amazing 360 views and a great place for sunset. However, the rooms and the hotel in general are tired. We also a lot of small issues in the room: a dirty and broken chair, a broken lamp, taps functioning but not properly installed. In addition, given the price of the room, putting a Nespresso machine but having to pay for each pod is incredibly mean....

"This was a beautiful property with the jungle around you and suspension bridges. The staff was so helpful to coorinate taxis. Breakfast was included and there were a few pools available to use. Note that all tips need to be in cash and there is no atm on property and the tiki bar and pool near the river is at least 20 to 30 min walk on property do was too far for me to go to. Overall great place. "
